BASIX transitional arrangements announced......

The NSW Government has announced some limited transitional arrangements for the increased BASIX Standards.

Under the arrangements, eligible projects with Building Contracts signed before 1 October 2023 will be able to use the existing BASIX Standards.

Projects with Contracts entered into after 1 October 2023 will be required to apply the new increased BASIX standard.
