The final cost was AMAZING! We were quoted an extra $20,000 for site costs due to our land needing to be built up higher. We were assured if it wasn’t all required we would get a refund. I never thought about it again. Imagine our surprise when we got a refund of $8500 with our final invoices!! Perry Homes, the sales people and representatives are ethical and genuine. We could not be happier with our new home.

Special mention and thanks to Brooke our sales person. Brooke assisted and supported us from our land purchase to handover and I cannot thank her enough. Thank you Brandon for your thorough communication and for never being frustrated with my phone calls.
